Guest guest
Hi everyone! I had a lap RNY in July of 2001. I was 260lbs / size 24 at the time and miserable! I have gone as low as 160lbs/ size 10 loose. Well for the past 6 months or so I have gain some of the weight back and am now at 175 lbs in a size 12. I know the biggest problem is the fact that I have gone back to my pre-op eating habits of Dt. Mt Dew and nabs (peanut butter crackers. I could eat this all day and be content. Problem is I have no energy at all! I KNOW I have to start eating again.... it is just that I am having problems with the mental part of it all. You know... the old... I can't eat because I will get back attitude. :<( I have thought about doing a protein shake fast for a few days... but the thought of no nabs is killing me! I crave carbs all day!!! The more I eat the more I want. Can anyone here relate? What do you do to get past it?? Thanks!! Cindy H www.treasureboxpress.com
