Guest guest
I am very new to all of this! One week into eating SCD and feeling so much better already! I was gluten free, dairy free the past 2.5 years, but SCD makes so much more sense. Anyhow, I am struggling a bit to figure out which of my supplements/probiotics are legal. So far I will have to throw most of them away, but am hoping that someone out there with more experience than me can help me find out if " Garden of Life, Vitamin Code, Raw for Women " is legal. It includes: saccharomyces boulardi, lactobacillus plantarum, protese, amylase, lipase, cellulase, phytase, alph-galactosidase, hemicellulase, beta-glucanase, pectinase, peptidase, bromelain, papain, xylanase, diatase, invertase Here is a link to everything that is in it: http://www.gardenoflife.com/THEVITAMINCODE/WomensFormula/tabid/1370/Default.aspx if you see one illegal listed, please let me know and I will stop taking it! Thank you!!! - Wyckoff
