For anyone who has had nasal surgery

Hello,

I know this site is for jaw surgery but I remember reading that a few

people have had sinus surgery also. I had surgery yesterday, a

septoplasty, turbinectomy and sinus surgery. For me, this is

precursor to my jaw surgery that should also be happening this year.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone could give some info for the nose

surgery. I had a tube in my throat that has made my throat so sore I

can barely stand it. Is there anything anyone did that helped relieve

that? Also, everytime I stand up to go to the bathroom, etc. my nose

starts bleeding and it takes a while to stop it. I was wondering how

long that lasts? I hope not too long cuz it makes me not even want to

get up at all. I would appreciate any info that anyone could give

me. Thanks!
