Hate Exerciseing ?

I just hate to exersice. I know I have to and I have but It just never seems to

get fun

and I dread it all the time even if I do see results from it I still just hate

it!!!

I mean I have to walk every day because the doctor yells at me if I dont, and

its not

like I can't do it i just feel like when I walk that if im not going to a

destination then

its a waste and a hell of a boring walk, but If I was stranded somewhere and I

needed

to get home I would not even have a problem walking 5 miles to get there, but

getting ready and knowing that i have to go walk 5 mile for nothing just urks me

and

I end up stalling all day just to get out there and do it. THats why I hate

treadmills. I

know there great because there convient for you home but to me just walking in

place

and not going anywhere irratates me and then i never do my complete miles

because

I get bored. I' ve tried to accually have somewhere to go when I walk so that I

can

enjoy it better but I dont normally have the time to really go anywhere because

of my

work schedule and I really just need to get it over with. Do anyone have any

suggestions that will make it at least seem more enjoyable to work out?
