Guest guest Posted July 1, 2010 Report Share Posted July 1, 2010 Oh please tell me I didn't ruin 2 batches of yogurt. I made it yesterday. Was done at 3:30 today. Cooked in excaliber set to 24 hours. 3:30 came and went and I forgot until 8. The yogurt was just sitting there (in my basement) for 4.5 hours. It's in the fridge now but is it ok?
