SCD friend in California Bay Area..

Hi,

I just started with SCD diet effective TODAY after reading the book 'BTVC'.

I live in Milpitas, California and am wondering if there is any body else living

here in the Bay Area who is also following the SCD diet and who can interact

couple of times a week to help me out as I struggle with the initial hurdles.

The location proximity helps to locate the shops where I can also buy the same

proven items instead of trying on my own. Certainly helps if you have (or in the

process of) overcome/ing Ulcerative Colitis.

MEDICAL HISTORY: Suffering from Ulcerative Colitis for the last 5 years but have

not used allopathic medication except for 6 weeks on Prednisone (2 times for a

total of 12 weeks) and 2 weeks of Asacol. I always believed that the human body

should be capable of healing fully from most sicknesses, if not all. I have been

trying Homeopathy for the last 5 years, quite unsuccessfully even though there

have been a few bright patches. Complete cure however was never close. I am

confident that SCD will help me a long way from where I am.
