Hi everyone

Time for my update. I am still having a great deal for pain with my

numb tongue. I Saw a new Dr yesterday. Orofacial pain specialist, this

is the only clinic of it's kind in the world. This is great for me. We

had a 2 hour appt. He has put me on another nerve blocker and I am to

rinse with lidocaine 4 times a day. The fun thing about this is it

makes everything numb that isn't numb already. It does nothing for my

tongue pain. He was very honest and said that this is just going to

have to be keep trying things until maybe something works. It's a

pretty good bet I'm going to be in a medical book at some point.

My very good new is that my surgery wire is gone, I have anormal wire

on now and the OD said next month the fine tuning and in Aug the

braces will come off. I cried, and had all the gals in theoffice

crying for me. The OD said we could keep them on longer if it makes me

that sad. Oh he's a funny guy.

My teeth are perfect and that makes me very happy, having said that

it's hard to be happy when I'm having so much pain.

My best to all of you.

Michele
