I live in Miami, so cuban coffee is easy to find. I use Bustelo instant coffee, not drip. I have been told they make a decaf, but didn't see it in my store. Hopefully, instant cuban coffee can be found elsewhere in y'all parts. 1 1/2 c. skim milk 2 T. instant (decaf) cuban coffee 2 c. crushed ice 1/8 - 1/4 c. International Delight LOW CARB French Vanilla 3 T. Splenda or Nutrasweet I am not sure that american coffee will work as I haven't tried it, but the shake I made today does taste a wee bit strong. It took me a few sips to get used to it, but now I am jamming on it. I must now do things to perfect it: Get decaf, and buy some flavorless protein whey to add to it.
