lower jaw advancement 7/13

I had lower advancement yesterday morning and was home by noon. since

then the swelling on my face is getting bigger and bigger. i know

thats normal and even though I applied ice-packs, they don't seem to

have worked as right now my cheeks are at the point of bursting.

Question: When should i start applying heating pads to bring the

sweeling down?

I am having such a hard time taking in any fluids. I had an ensure too

but I ended up having a mucus like feeling feeling in my throat.

And its so hard to not talk. I still can't believe I'll be like this

for next 8 days.
