Guest guest
When I left home this morning the gas station by my house on Monday was $2.65. By Wednesday morning it was $3.05 and this morning it was $3.55. The two gas stations by my job are at $2.85 and $2.99. My tank is 3/4 full but I'm filling it up again. Jodi Z - you might want to tell its the Citgo and Exxon stations that I'm referring to at the corner of Mt. Kemble Ave and MacCulloch Ave in town. If he doesn't know where they are tell him to call me at work . Guest guest
My " cheap " gas station was $2.75 yesterday and $3.05 this morning. I hope we don't start running short. I recall the days when I was 17, a new driver, and had to go to gas rationing. It was awful sitting in those gas lines for hours. I used to bring my little sister and her friend along with a picnic breakfast to eat while waiting. We had more bagels, cream cheese and orange juice on those days! I never thought we'd have to worry about this again. Jodi Z
Guest guest
, is in NYC today. He took my car which I filled up a couple of days ago, before the prices started to skyrocket. (He listened to me and filled up his, too.) I'll tell him about the stations you mentioned, though. I know exactly where they are. He did mention something about a station near Gold's near the train station. But I don't remember if he said the price was high or low. Even the station in Boonton, next to the diner, is high. And that was always my cheap station. We have made a resolve to not let our tanks go below half full. At least filling up will not hurt as much. Guest guest
The station by Golds is always high so when I drive pass there today I'll make sure to pay attention and let you know. I'm hoping Jim doesn't fight me too much on working from home in the morning while is in school. --- Jodi Zwain wrote: > , > > is in NYC today. Guest guest
Hi, Today a co-worker had his Hummer towed to work. It wasn't broken down, it was just cheaper than paying for the gas to drive it. And to look at the pictures from La and Miss. Is like looking at a third world country what are they gonna think of us now we can not even clean up from a hurricane. Just my thought gas I got gas yesterday afternoon around 2 pm, and had a hard time finding gas stations that had any gas left. After waiting in line for a long time, I was lucky to get it for $2.79/gallon, but the gas station 2 blocks down from there had it for $3.05/gallon. Kim C. Guest guest
As a man said on TV this evening, " They are taking better care of the people in Iraq than they are the people over here. " Enough said. Jodi Z > Last night in my town it was $3.21 today at noon it was $3.68 to towns over where I got gas was only$3.19 This is crazy what has happened to our country? Guest guest
At first I thought these posts were going to be about a health issue. Thankfully not. The highest I've seen gas here in Arkansas so far is 3.19. I thought that was high, I can't imagine in many of these other places where it is even higher. I thought about riding four wheeler to work cause it would get better gas mileage, but would have to leave early to take the back roads. Also can't imagine how silly I would look. Guest guest
Hi all, I have gas today, but I'm sure its because I had some fermented veggies. Will start again tommorrow with just roasted chicken, carrots, zuccini and ground beef. I also ate a lot of avocado. I'll cut that out for a few days. Thanks for being here, June
