Has anyone had cheek implants with their procedure(s)?

My 17 yr old son will be having upper and lower and chin (geni) done 7/20,

however the OS also mentioned the option of having cheek implants since there

was a good amount of deficient and when the upper jaw is brought forward, the

cheeks will be even more " flat " . Has anyone else experienced this possibility?

His initial response is NO, however I'd like hi to consider it to avoid

additional surgery later. Of course it is cosmetic, not functional, however

just as vital I feel. Your input is appreciated.
