Hello there, Shirley - How are you feeling these days? I haven't

written to you in a while so I thought I'd drop you a line. How's the

healing going? As I wrote last week, your pictures look " maavelous " ! -

(think Billy crystal). Did you see the pre-braces pictures of me?

They're under " Diane - dmd13cyto " , the 2nd Diane, in the Photos

section. I uploaded them last week with the help of Sara's instructions

and the help of a librarian at the Boise Public Library. I hope that my

OMS will give me a copy of my " Before & After " pictures when I see him

on August 3rd; it would definitely help my morale as I start the

process. (I'd like to upload them onto this site too.) I'm getting more

and more comfortable with the whole LeFort thing too. I guess I will

let Dr. do it; I still have a ton of questions for him though.

Like you said, it all takes time to get used to it all. My brackets

will be going in a week from this coming Tuesday, along with the

spacers. I'm excited to get all this started and to see changes every

month, as my teeth move into their correct positions. My OD is also

excited and very enthusiastic, and he assures me he will take excellent

care of me. He has been available via phone for any questions I've had.
