I finally made it to the doctor after not leaving the house for three months. Fatigue, pain and depression being my top issues...among many others. After lots of blood tests I was found to be very low in D so they are starting me on a 200mg. supplement and I was also started on Cymbalta. During the first day on it i had sharp shooting pains in the toes of my right leg followed by some GI problems. I woke up today with a bad headache...but i've had worse. My legs were bouncing all over the place while i was trying to sleep last night....which meant for a fitful sleep at best. Maybe that also has a place in my headache. The home health nurse's visit scared me cuz she said if my depression got any worse she'd have to report it. So she will be visiting me once a week for

the next five weeks...probably to see how the new med is helping me. They also are going to do in-home physical therapy cuz of the condition i am in and my sleep disorder(non 24 hr. sleep wake syndrome). It's been a stressful week for me and i feel like they might have realized how much i have fallen through the cracks of the medical system. My doc does not realize that fatigue is a big part of sarcoidosis and thinks i might also have chronic fatigue on top of sarcoid and fibromyalgia. I need to copy some stuff off for him....any suggestions?....considering what i am going through? thanks S...Life may not always be the party we hoped for, but while we're here we might as well dance!
