bone fragment at extraction site?

I have a hard, tender bump in my gum underneath one of my extraction

sites. There's nothing like it at the other three. It's not causing

pain, but I'm wondering. Could it be a bone fragment? Has anyone had

this experience? I may call my OMS tomorrow...
