Weight lost from belt lipectomy.

I have a few questions for those that have had a belt lipectomy. I

have gotten down to my last 22 pounds from goal (-155#) and am

having a devilish time getting those last 22# to drop off.

Admittedly, with 2 children both under 2 years old, I don't get the

opportunity to exercise NEARLY as much as I should. In fact, I am

lucky if I get a walk in every day and bike ride a couple of times

on the weekend. Anyway, the surgeon estimates 8 to 10 pounds of skin

will be removed. The questions I have are:

1) How much weight did you lose from your belt lipectomy?

2) What was the recovery time? I have desk job and am curious as to

when I can expect to be able to go back to work.

3) Are you happy with the results?

4) How long before you could see the final result?

5) Did you go down a pant size afterward? I need 2 more inches to

get to my target pant size.

And lastly... is it common to stall out like this when you are 14

months out from surgery? I am eating about 1200 calories a day, am a

male, and I don't see how I could cut back any more. I am very

curious how many calories a day other men are eating at this stage.

I have tried eating more too, but that also seems to have no effect.

Oh, and yes, I am doing protien, limiting carbs, and getting plenty

of water in. I am really starting to wonder if this 22 pounds is

just extra skin that is distributed over the entire surface of my

body.

Thanks,

Grego
