Thank you Holly - I've had a problem with my right hand since I was a teenager.

Wasted a lot of money on stuff that didn't work. It cleared up for a long time,

and then starting a year ago it started to become a problem again and got very

bad during my flare up while on SCD. I'll try and be patient. Hopefully it will

clear up in time. :)

and inside my elbows (hadn't been bothered there since I was a kid). I took

epsom salt baths regularly, which really helped. I'd say it took a few months

for it to get better. As for the eczema on my hands (been a problem my whole

life), I believe the first time in completely cleared up was at 8 months. Since

then, I have had a minor breakout here and there. So long as I jump on it

immediately and apply a prescription cream once or twice a day, I can nip it in

the bud. But if I don't do anything, it starts to creep out and expand. I

currently have a tiny patch at the top of my pinky that I'm treating, but other

than that, my hands are great! All in all, I think SCD has done a good job of

eliminating the bulk of my eczema problems. Now if I can just figure out why my

legs have broke out in a horrible case of keratosis pilaris. They look (and

feel) absolutely horrible!
