Protein -- what does it mean

It's exciting that they have discovered the specific protein and TNR receptor that is

causing the formation of granulomas. As you all saw, they want to use this info to develop tests that will tell them who needs aggresive treatment and who doesn't. Then hopefully they'll get around to figuring out what will stop this hyper response to this protein TNR connection.

In the meantime, we may all want to talk to a Naturopath ND that understands the detoxification of the gut. Eighty (80) percent of your immune system is in your gut. Our liver is hit by sarcoidsosis as often as our lungs end up involved.

All the meds we take are majorally toxic to our livers. So to help salvage the liver (which is the sole organ that is capable of full regeneration-- -a good Liver Detox program is needed. We need to do this very slowly, so we don't put our bodies into a healing crisis-- where we flush so many toxins at once, our systems can't handle it.

Milk Thistle is a good start for daily maintainence.

I'm am undergoing a full detox regime right now, and I have the opportunity to have an appt with a biochemistry specialist that works for the oldest Whole Food Company in the world this next weekend.

So far, from the detox I've done, I have lost 12 lbs in 14 days. This was primarily bile laying in my gallbladder, stuck in my intestines for who knows how long... and the slower you clear your intestines, the more toxic your gut becomes. All that poop is just lying there fermenting. Even for those of us that don't deal with constipation-- the junk laying there is leaking toxins from the gut into our bodies. Our body becomes overwhelmed with all the systemic toxins, and so it sends out it's antibodies to heal us-- but over time, it is so overwhelmed by the constant barrage of shit-- literally, that it can no longer differentiate between good cells and bad cells. This is the foundation for ALL the autoimmune disease.

I won't go into the exact process that I'm doing, as it would need to be adjusted for YOUR specific issues, as it is not a "one size fits all."

This is not something I'd be doing without the absolute guidance of someone who knows how to guide you-- DO NOT TRY THIS ON YOUR OWN!!!!

It has meant that I've had to cut out all the meat, the refined sugars, the processed foods, the gluten and the grains for a 3 wk period-- ( I'm on week 2) and already my color is improved-- I'm not gray and pale looking, I have energy for the first time in years -- and right now, I'm pooping 3 to 4 times a day-- so this is a good thing. It means that all that fermented crap is leaving my body!

I am looking forward to next weekend, and the appt with the specialist. He will be guiding my mentor and I towards a more healthful future. I don't know if it'll cure my sarc-- but even this little improvement is huge!

One thing I highly recommend is that those of you fortunate enough to be near the facility where they did this study-- read the names referenced on the article- these are MD's that may not jusually see patients-- but they are the ones who are looking to help us find our way back to health.

Search for articles that they have written and had published-- and see what they say. Some may treat patients, and it may be that they are available through the faciltiy that ran this study-- who knows

In the meantime-- seriously study up on Leaky Gut Syndrome, and Liver Detoxification. Find a Health Food Store where the people are TRAINED, CERTIFIED, by the School of Naturopathy or are Doctors of Osteopathy-- D.O. They understand both homeopathy and natural medicine-- Whole Foods such as raw vegetables, organic whenever possible, fresh fruit -- use the "what is in season" rule-- and make sure you wash all your fruits and veges-- so that even the enviromental fallout pollution is as far gone as possible. You want 2x the amount of veges as fruit. And 1/2 of your veges can be cooked, the other half needs to be eaten raw. Fluids, fluids, fluids, -- and more fluids.

Guys, visualize yourself as "whole" and "well." See the answers to the issues of sarcoidosis coming together and the medical communities embracing all of us to help us get back to wellness. Our bodies want us to be healthy, and they are so excited about that end-- that all our systems are on overload. Help your body by feeding it correctly-- it is the ONE thing we do have control over. It may mean that you put your "comfort" food aside, and develop whole new habits-- (I love fresh carrot/apple/ginger juice with Vanilla Cream Whey Protein shakes) freshly juiced each morning!

The evening drink has been blackberries with Almond Milk and Vanilla Whey protein (along with some Whole Food Supplements) and raw veges--- for dinner. And the effect is showing promise!
