Thanks for all the responses concerning BCBS of MA. I believe my

doctor submitted for both the lower and upper jaws, although I may

just need the lower one done. I just got an email from the appeals

lady at BCBS saying they have received all the materials (x-rays,

molds, etc.) and that my appeal is re-opened...they were just waiting

for the molds to arrive. I can only hope this surgery gets approved

or else I'm going to be up the financial river without a paddle. Take
