Hi All,

I may have sent this twice, my computer is doing strange things but

bear with me...

I have been lurking in the background reading messages for a few

weeks now. I utilized ossg groups a lot when I was pre-op and for

the first few months post-op. I had an RNY in January of 2001 and

went from 245 to 155 but now am back up to about 165. I need to get

myself back on track and would love some direct advice. I have

started drinking protein shakes in the mornings for breakfast and

have started to exercise again. I am hypoglycemic so I can't go for

too long without eating or I get really tired or mean or out of it

(or all of the above which is just charming!) so I do need to snack.

I would love to advice on foods that are good and safe for me to be

eating so that I am not bottoming out from lack of sugar but am also

losing the weight that I have gained. I know that some of you have

been exactly where I am and have turned it around. Please share your

ideas with me, and be specific. I need some help and from my

experience, you are just the people to go to.

Thanks so much,

Tamar
