Guest guest
I was wondering how much of a change that orthognastic surgery has on the appearance of one's nose and chin. My oral surgeon wants to slide my lower jaw back and my upper jaw forward (the latter will have more of an effect on my nose). My nose is already a bit broad to begin with, so will such a procedure make it that much broader? Or is the change in nose/chin appearance only temporary following the surgery due to swelling? I'm not sure if I should have these additional cosmetic alternations done or not. If the change is noticable, then I probably will. Any advice would be most welcome!
