Guest guest
I am preparing to make Almond Nut Milk Yoghurt for the first time using GIPro yoghurt starter. On the GIPro website it says " Most alternative milks require 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey per quart of milk to the mixture. This gives the starter cultures an environment to reproduce " . As honey does not agree with me, will my Almond Yoghurt fail without it? Is there a substitute for honey which would give the starter cultures the needed environment for reproducing? With thanks AC IBS 15 months SCD 6 weeks no meds for IBS
