Marla Just one day at a time, That's all God ask of us. for there never really is a tomorrow, as that too is just today:) In my travels through the interwebs researching my latest book, I came across this paper : http://jama.ama-assn.org/content/281/14/1304.abstract " Research has demonstrated that writing about emotionally traumatic experiences has a surprisingly beneficial effect on symptom reports, well-being, and health care use in healthy individuals. " It relates to patients with asthma and rheumatoid arthritis, but I thought it might be of interest to us - time to get out a journal and pen!
