Hi all!

Just had to share some good progress. I'm 10 1/2 months out. At 6

months Delphine said that my weight loss would slow down...and it sure

did! However, my exercise consisted of walking during my lunch hour--

which was a lot compared to before surgery. But I finally joined a gym

and started working out on the treadmill. Well, it seems to have

jumpstarted my weight loss again. I've lost 10 lbs. over the last 4

weeks for a total of 141 pounds lost. I'm well on my way to making my

goal of 150 pounds lost by my 1 year anniversary. I'm so happy!
