hard breast lumps in my 2 year old

I just returned home from the convention in Chicago and noticed that

my daughter has hard lumps under her breasts. This seemed to occur

almost overnight. One side is a little bigger than the other. Should

I be concerned? Has anyone else had this? Thanks. Any advice would

be nice.
