Hi, Anne,

We see Dr. Feldman at NYU/HJD. We started off with another doctor

who was non-Ponsetti, but switched over to Dr. Feldman after my son

was in his 10th cast and not much improved. He is a very good ortho

and I would highly recommend him. Personality-wise, you have to get

used to him. He's not the soft and fuzzy type. But he does connect

with the babies and he's very good at what he does. We are actually

entrusting him with another surgery that our son will be having

(unrelated to his foot). When it comes down to it, he is highly

regarded and he's a good orthopedic surgeon. We haven't been to the

clinic--we see him at his private office. He is actually out of

network for us, but he has not asked us for any money and he told us

straight out not to worry that we will never go to collections with

him. So, he just takes whatever our insurance gives him.

Feel free to e-mail me privately if you have any questions. What are

the other docs you are considering?

Anything I can do to help, let me know!
