Guest guest
Kim, It was great meeting you at the convention also. It was so funny running into all the time, he is so sweet. I figured that 46xx meant a female, but when you look it up you get all these definitions about a baby being a girl on the outside, but having boy parts inside. Not something, that I wanted to deal with! I finally got with a different home medical supply company and should be receiving the zevex infiniti this week. Thanks, for all your advice and the mickey button. Wish us luck that she can carry the infiniti in a backpack. A karyotype is the number of chromosomes a person has, which would show abnormalities if there were any. 46 means she has 46 chromosomes (23 pairs) which is normal. XX means she is a cute little girl. would be 46XY. You must have shown Dr. H some medical records that included chromosome analysis for her to write this on your sheet.
