Question:

I understand needing a separate toaster due to crumbs, but why separate

utencils? Can one be used for gf/cf & a separate one for other foods & then

both washed & used again? Or perhaps that's what was meant - I wasn't sure if

it was that we needed a whole second set of utencils that never touch wheat!

I am concerned that wooden utensils may still contain g or c from using

them with g or c ingredients. So I only use metal with gfcf.

what kinds of dishwashing stuff is GFCF for automatic dishwashers? I

will finally have a dishwasher soon!!!!!!!
