See what y'all miss on chat nights? Virtual brownies! It doesn't get much better than that. Well, real brownies, maybe.

The brownies sound great. Just don't know how I'd cook them in the toaster oven. I've been without an oven for over a year -- It is about fifty years old and considered "vintage." I can't find an element anywhere. To: neurosarcoidosis Sent: Wed, April 20, 2011 3:48:23 PMSubject: RE: Butterscotch Brownies

I use a bench top oven for almost all of my baking / toasting nowadays, and

cooked the brownies easily in this ... are you able to set an oven temp and set

a timer? They should work just fine ...

No ear tingling, but I'm glad you had brownies to talk about, what could be

better?!! Sorry I missed the chat time, was out running errands with my son,

and catching up with my girlfriend :)

Now that Lent is over, I think I'll try the brownies. Can you re-post the recipe?

To: Neurosarcoidosis Sent: Sat, April 23, 2011 1:49:03 AMSubject: Re: Butterscotch BrowniesI use a bench top oven for almost all of my baking / toasting nowadays, and cooked the brownies easily in this ... are you able to set an oven temp and set a timer? They should work just fine ...No ear tingling, but I'm glad you had brownies to talk about, what could be better?!! Sorry I missed the chat time, was out running errands with my son, and catching up with my girlfriend :)xxoo > Hmmm, don't know about the toaster oven, but it seems like I remember

Just don't know how I'd cook them in the toaster oven. I've been without an oven for over a year -- It is about fifty years old and considered "vintage." I can't find an element

anywhere.> > > To: neurosarcoidosis > Sent: Wed, April 20, 2011 3:48:23 PM> Subject: RE: Butterscotch Brownies> > > , I didn't make it Monday; don't know if anyone else did. 10am is a little early for me. I have now made 2 batches of the brownies. And Theresa bought some more brown sugar, so the ingredients are all there in the kitchen, beckoning . . . . . . mix us, mix us, mix us.
