Cara - thanks for sharing your experience with the enzymes. I would love

to try them on Caton, but I have been unable to find one that is

rice-free as well, and rice is just as bad as gluten/casein for him. We

have been gf/cf for almost 2 yrs, and the first year we were also

entirely grain-free. We have been able to add back in corn, soy, and

other gf-grains (but not rice). So I would love to know if you, or

anyone else, knows of a rice-free enzyme!

You may also want to contact Kirkman's since they just released a few new

enzyme products which may or may not be rice free, unfortunately I do not

know.
