Holy Cow (no offense to any Hindus present:)) ------ I'm down to 198 today!

I also woke up ravenous so I know this little mini-plateau is over (hopefully

a few more pounds will drop off before my body protests again LOL)...

I thought since I had a glass of white zinfandel and an order of this

delicious fresh fruit/liquor/icre cream with whipped cream dessert last night

I'd gain a pound or two.... :)

I took another mile long walk today and still feel great --- I am in a state

of shock that I'm really getting out of the 200's now... FOREVER! To all

pre-ops out there -- your time will come! I enjoyed a healthy dim sum this

morning (and even indulged in 1/2 can of my favorite COKE)... It was utter

contentment.... This is heaven on earth! :)

all the best,

Congratulations......I know how you feel.....Hitting 199 is great but getting

below 199 is even better keep up the good work.....I had a nice steak nice last

night I ate the whole thing...Granted I finished it when I got home...This

morning I hopped on the scale with my damn plateau in mind and I finally hit 189

this morning.....It feels good to be able to go out and eat a steak and lose a

lb the next day granted tomorrow I will wake up and weigh in at 190 LOL...I

think that the best thing is that once you get out of a 10lb range its pretty

much gone.....I remember that when I hit 199 I was scared that it was a

momentary blip once I hit 195 I knew I would never see 200 and the further away

I get from 200 the more it seems like a mirage a scary mirage but a mirage never

the less! Keep eating! Keep living! Keep enjoying
