Guest guest
Here's one for the " stupid " file (actually I heard " that Wayne dude " {General Monera??} that's down in New Orleans say " we are not stuck on stupid " I LOVE THAT PHRASE.....I love that man!! but that's my new mantra for these people we deal with " They ARE stuck on stupid!!!! " ) Had a conversation with Adam's grade 8 teacher yesterday and he complained that he doesn't like Adam to eat *in* the class, so he asks him to go and sit in the hallway. NOW the man is complaining that Adam is choosing the wrong times to go out to eat!! He said that I need to train Adam to eat WHEN IT SUITS THE TEACHER!! I'm thinking " buddy, if you can figure that out I know a TON of parents that will pay you tons of money " . I tried to explain to him, the lack of hunger feelings and if he feels the need to eat (maybe out of boredom?? who knows) but he should NOT be denied. The man thinks he's still right and I am being over protective!! UGH (by the way, before you all respond with " get a letter " .....I already did several years ago, it's in his file, this man knows about it........but he still thinks HE KNOWS better). Stuck ON stupid!!!! Deb Please tell me when the eating improves? > > > > > > > I'm so incredibly tired of this and need to vent to someone. > Colin > > > is turning 5 in 3 months and I really thought we'd be closer to > > > getting rid of the g-tube than we are.
