Guest guest
Hi everyone. I just wanted everyone to know that it is my 1 year anniversary. I feel great and I am so happy that I had this surgery. As most of you kniow, I have been on a lenghthy plateau but that is okay. I have lost 110 pounds and I am a size 14 and loving it. For the first time, and I am sure most can relate, I have emptied my 7 closets of big size clothes and now only have sizes 14 and down. I know that I will never gain this weight back again so I am not worried. I have to deal with a hernia and will be seeing Dr. Herron in April and at that time I hope I can take care of that and a tummy tuck. I exercise quite a bit but my arms also need surgery to remove the excess or my clothes will be too big everywhere else and just fit the arms. I just want all preops to know that this surgery is a life saver. I was very lucky and had smooth sailing. I adhere to all the criteria of protein and vitamins and I feel great. I wish the same success for all of you. I also want to take the time to thank a few of you who gave been so supportive-Judy-Lianne- Steve- - and so many more. Love Ellen(Pam

Guest guest
Hi, I just wanted to say congratulations. I will be having surgery 01/09/02. It is wonderful to hear that after a year you are doing great and that you would not change a thing about your decision. I will be happy when I can say the same thing alittle over a year from now. Merry Christmas and I know you are going to have a Very Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!! M pre-op Dr. K BMI 41/238 lbs. --- Beauby1022050943@... wrote: > Hi everyone.
