Outback Steakhouse is in the works for me this weekend, ya??? LOL I just can't BELIEVE how much I've changed (physically and mentally) in the past 10 months.. such a short time for such a huge transformation (no pun intended). I must note that I did have a Krispy Creme on Thursday at lunch -- hmmmm.... I'm not 100 pct sure if there is a direct correlation but hey -- it sure tasted GREAT and here I am at 199! I went with Sondra (who is also about 6 months post-op/Dr. Herron).... we ended up going to another nice restaurant in Brooklyn, though then out for nice coffees and dessert (I had this killer ice cream with peace melba, fresh strawberries and peaces and whipped cream!)... I am not going to weigh myself for a few days b/c I'm sure that feast probably put me back over 200, but it's going to go down again!
