Hi :

If you don't mind I can provide you with the prenatal brand and dosage and

the calcium.

Dr. A prescribes Niferex PN, one per day. The calcium Carole asked me to

take is Calcium Citrate 600mg 2 per day and one A & D Allergen.

I take the calcium citrate 2 pills twice a day and the others only one a

day, my calcium was a little low last blood work so they upped the calcium. I

will get new blood work done while I am in LA in Dec.

I hope this helps. I know I was always glad that Dr. A prescribes less

pills than some other doctors. The calcium citrate are large pills but I no

longer have any trouble taking them, when I did I just broke them in half. I

hate anything chewable and cannot keep anything crushed mixed with anything

down.
