Thanks, Lolita, for the pie recipe. I think I will try it

but....should I even attempt a gfcf pie crust? I could never make

them pre gfcf and am looking at my Miss Roben's catalog with the pie

crust mix. It looks tempting. Is pie crust difficult? I know where to

find recipes, just wonder if it is worth the effort? BTW, I like

sweet potato pie better than pumpkin. DOn't you think that would work

as a sub in this recipe? I haven't pulled out my recipes for

Thanksgiving yet...

has a Tender Vinegar Crust that I'll be trying for a crust.
