Guest guest
Thanks, Lolita, for the pie recipe. I think I will try it but....should I even attempt a gfcf pie crust? I could never make them pre gfcf and am looking at my Miss Roben's catalog with the pie crust mix. It looks tempting. Is pie crust difficult? I know where to find recipes, just wonder if it is worth the effort? BTW, I like sweet potato pie better than pumpkin. DOn't you think that would work as a sub in this recipe? I haven't pulled out my recipes for Thanksgiving yet...
