Guest guest
I am not sure about the carb content, but I know how to cook bean threads (that's what ten years in Hawaii will do to you). It is called long rice there and they are great in a variety of ways; they take quite a bit of water to cook (it is absorbed). My daughters favorites are cook and then add soy sauce to taste AND cook and then add the broth from Cambells chicken noodle soup to them. It is customary to add teri beef to them or another kind of meat and minced vegetables. They are fairly tasteless and pick up the taste of what is added to them. Guest guest
Here's how my mom cooks it: Soaks the noodles in warm water for 10 minutes Sautes onion, garlic & tomato in frying pan Adds a can of drained tuna to the frying pan Adds the softened noodles Then adds some chicken broth, salt/pepper to taste Very yummy as long as you like tuna!
