Guest guest
, My son is only casein free and we do some gluten free. He loves breaded chicken nuggets-a gfcf recipe I found some where on the internet. I've since breaded pieces of pork also which he'll eat like the chicken. Steak/beef will be the next experiment. If you'd like the recipe let me know, I'd be happy to send it. Kathy P.S. I've heard that a zinc supplement helps with appetite and eating more foods. I think this is what happened for us because my son wouldn't try new foods a few months ago. Now he will at least try and some times eat new items. Guest guest
You can also try protein shakes. They can supplement the protein problem. It is a good way to put supplements in your son. What about bean patties. Becky.

Guest guest
* Hi , I order from Miss Robens a " Hi-Protein lentil bean pasta " by Papadini. You can make it as regular pasta with red sauce and also what LJ likes is a cold pasta/chicken or pasta/tuna salad made with this. I use the orzo shape for the cold pasta salad, and it also comes in rotini twists, elbows and shells. You can also use the orzo shaped one as a filler in a meatloaf.
