Guest guest
Can be found here: http://www.ftc.gov/os/1996/9610/d9267idc.htm Premier experts duking it out in court and going over every calcium article known to man (or so it seems). High drama here, folks, if you have the time to wade through this court document. Bottom line: The studies of MCHC superiority are inconclusive, and, at best, show SOME initial evidence that it might be the better (more absorbable) form of calcium, at least when compared to calcium carbonate, and even these numbers aren't statistically significant according to the experts. No good comparison to citrate exists. Next consideration: calcium citrate/malate (as opposed to plain citrate).
