If you are using a milk substitute, be sure not to use too much. By

the way, we found (using Ms. Roben's ANDI Wunderbread) that making

little rolls out of it is a much better bet and they come out

consistently good everytime - rather than a bit more hit or miss with

making a whole loaf. They are also easier to store/freeze

individually. Just our experience.
