Guest guest
, Thanks for the update on Hailey and it is great news that you will be attending the Convention. You will have to take the GH information home to your husband and let him read it at his own pace and hopefully he will understand that the GH is natural and aren't many side effects to it. But, it is a personal decision for everyone. Can't wait to see her swimming in the pool. That is amazing that she got used it that quickly. How awesome. ) Looking forward to meeting you two. Jodi R. Guest guest
I took Hailey to the doctor yesterday to find out why the rash on her bottom has not cleared up. She has had it since August. I would treat it with one thing and it would be almost gone and then it came right back. I decided since I was not getting rid of it that I would have to get help. Germs lurk everywhere in the doctor's office and I really hate taking her when she is not " sick " . She stays sick enough. Well today, she is barking like a dog. The weather has changed, so it may not be the doctor office visit, but who really knows. I just hope we do not have to spend another 8 days in the hospital with Pneumonia. I would really like to go back to work one day, but it seems like it would be best for me to stay at home. I really don't know what to do. She stays sick this time of the year and I really don't have anyone that is not working to take her to the doctor (45 miles away). I just feel so frustrated. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for my boyfriend. I know I am just rambling on here. Please forgive me. Anyone else have the same problem? Guest guest
HI! Someone's child at the convention had this - I think it was yeast infection on their rear. They needed an ointment (nystatin?????) to get rid of it. I am sorry it is so hard for you to get to the dr. and I totally understand about bringing them becuase it could be worse! I was really afraid of Emerence getting the flu shot last year at age 1.5 but I think it helped. I think Pat???'s gson gets another special shot to help prevent colds/ear infections? Pat is this you? I do work but it has always been stressful worrying about sick days etc. Does Hailey use a nebulizer? Emerence does and now whenever she starts a cold the minute she coughs I go to pulmicort in the am and pm and it seems to help... Hugs and good luck! , mom to 5 and Emerence 31 mo 22lb 32 " > > I took Hailey to the doctor yesterday to find out why the rash on > her bottom has not cleared up. She has had it since August. Guest guest
, I was not able to work from the time Max was a year old until he was 10. Then I found a teaching job in a private school that was perfect for Max and his LD. It was great because if he was not feeling well, I was right there. Unfortunately, for the 6 years I was there, Max had some bouts of being pretty sick, with 3 week hospital stays, and I lost my job when Max graduated from there. I decided to just give up on working for awhile. Three years ago, at age 14, Max was finally healthy enough for me to go back to work fulltime. Hang in there. Eventually you will be able to go back to work. Hopefully it will not take as long as it did for me. Actually, I would have taken a part time job, but was unable to find one as a teacher. Part time would have been perfect. It does get better over time. I promise. And I even say that after all we have just been through with Max again.
