Gastric banding. OK, am I stupid? Is it not true that long-term

results with this thing are freakin' dismal at best?

Now, when exactly was " 3 weeks later " and why would Gagner have said

that in October? Were his preferences for other WLSs made public a

long time ago? Was he always and publically a reluctant D/S surgeon?
