Hi, BEth -- I can't locate your e-mail where you asked for this info -- so

sorry! I figured I'd post it to the group FYI and hopefully you will read

and get this info as well...

I got my ISOPURE powder (in strawberry flavor -- it is pretty good and light)

at:

www.tfnutrition.com (sportsnutrition). They were having a sale -- 20 packs

for 30.99. I didn't have to pay shipping -- I don't think that was a one

time offer, but I'm not sure as I haven't been back to the website again...

Now, the packs are HUGE and have 50 gm/protein per pack. I ALWAYs split it

into two and each serving is 25 gms/protein. I just mix it with water (only

need to use a fork -- no blender! That's great!).

It is very light. I've heard that there are pre-mixed ISOPURE drinks but I

haven't located them yet. If anyone has, please let me know where to get

them!
