Lori, Can he have soy? Silk Milk is real good if he's not allergic to soy.

Also the new 8th Continent is a good soy milk also. And the both come in

regular, vanilla and Chocolate.

Does anyone know if Trader Joes Rice-Um Vanilla Rice Milk is GFCF? My son

has always drank Rice Dream before this diet and Trader Joes Rice-Um is the

first alternative I have found that he likes. It looks a lot like Rice

Dream so I am concerned if it is GF.

I will answer my own question. I just checked Trader Joe's web site and

Trader Joes Rice-Um milk is not GFCF. " Rice-Um low fat varieties are NOT

gluten free (a barley enzyme is used in processing). " No wonder my son

likes it, it is exactly like Rice Dream.
