I am w/you on this. I spent 2 hours in the grocery store today reading

labels and getting depressed. I could hardly find anyhting that Ross could

it. If it was GFCF, then it had artificial colors. If it didn't have the

artificial colors, then it had wheat. UUGH!! It is amzing what is in the

food we eat!!
