It sounded like you had found the letter that I am looking at ... is

this the section you are talking about or is there one with more

detail?

Admit him/her to the hospital if he/she gets sick and will not feed

or develops vomiting and/or fever, because he/she is at high risk of

hypoglycemia. Without hesitation, he/she should be put on D10W plus

electrolytes and kept in the hospital until he/she is eating again.

This plan should be prearranged with his/her pediatrician and all the

other doctors who may cover your doctor when he/she is off.

It is in the Members only section on Magic site under Medical/Helpful

articles. And it looks to me like it is the one that is Article #H-

that is very strange ... I would give Magic a call to see what

is up with that.
