You did a great thing in educating and calling attention but past this, I don't really think there's a place for any more discussion. Honestly, when we were thinking of a helmet for our daughter, SO many people kept saying it 'wasn't so bad' or 'it's normal and will round out' and the like. It's subjective and people (esp us parents) see what we want to see.
