what the heck???? help please

HI!

I had a call with Emerence's endo today that left me confused.

Emerence's endo contacted Dr. H. about a recommended blood sugar

level - she mentioned I had heard 80. Dr. H didn't directly respond

about a number but acknowledged she had said 80 in some cases..and

now the endo wants the letter on file at the ER to state taht

treatment begins at 60????

She also asked Dr. H. about seeing what she believes are

pseudoepiphyses of the metacarpals (funny shaped growth plates on

the bones of the hand) and Dr. H noted she belived there was an

increased risk for RSS kids - but Dr. H said Emerence is SGA...

Dr. H did give the endo a sort of protocol for when the kids don't

eat so I think she will write that in the letter but from my

conversation she didn't give Emerence's endo a blood sugar #?

This endo has been great in the past however this past month I have

had to follow up several times and no one will get me an answer (and

boy I'm sure you know we all want answers!).
