My son LJ has been GFCF for 19 months now and it is the best thing I

could have done for him and he is responding great with this diet.

Everyone does mention that withdralws mean the diet is working - well LJ

had no withdrawls at all and I know the diet works for him, so I guess

there are exceptions to every rule.

Loren,

I am still in the studying stage of gf/cf. Currently we are on stage

1 of Feingold and it's doing such wonders for Ben 5 (mild ASD

predominantly Sensory Issues) that we may not have to move to

gf/cf...but the jury is still out on it...we may still implement it.

We just want to give the Feingold diet the 6 weeks on stage 1 it asks

for before we become a little more hardcore. I know many other

Feingolders using GF/CF. I can put you in touch with one if you'd

like. She only has email no internet access (old PC).
