Guest guest
It's about time to start thinking about it! I say we start a thread about great ideas for GFCF Christmas candy. Here's my idea, but I will have to find some GFCF ritz-style crackers first. I looked at Miss Robens website, but the other things I need to order are out of stock, so I don't want to waste the shipping costs. Maybe I'll find some at Wild Oats. Smore Candy Take a cracker and place a GFCF marshmallow on top. Stick it into the microwave a few seconds, then smash another cracker on top, like a sandwich. Melt some GFCF chocolate chips into a saucepan and dip the sandwiches in and coat them. Let them dry on a wire rack. I also saw that there are all kinds of really neat candy molds for sale on ebay. You could melt chocolate chips and make all kinds of candy. I have a Blue's Clues sucker mold that I'm going to use to make chocolate suckers for the kids. ===== __________________________________________________
