Guest guest
Hi all, We just got results back on stool sample and Maranda has a problem with yeast (no surprise) which is resistant to Nystatin so the Dr prescribed Diflucan. My first question is what should I expect as far as die off and how bad does it taste? ans second I have been using p-nut butter and choc chips to hide supplements which I won't be able to use because of sugar any suggestions on how to get supplements and Diflucan down? Also still trying to find out where she may have gotten Cadmium, any ideas? Thanks , Valarie in Ca
Guest guest
My 3 year old son took Diflucan and really liked the taste. It has a mild orange flavor and he took it right from an oral syringe. He did so well with it that I started giving him several of his supplements from the syringe. He was more irritable for the first few days and would go from screaming to hysterical laughter. All in all, his reaction was pretty mild. I would recommend that you not get yourself into a " challenging " situation for the first week. Good Luck. Dawn in Denver

Guest guest
Sharon, My Dr said that the lab cultured the yeast and found it resistant to Nystatin. Would'nt you know it our insurance does not want to cover the diflucan , the Dr is trying to convince them to cover it. God Bless, Valarie in Ca
